WARRANTY DURATION

The duration of the warranty varies for different products. You may refer to the manufacturer’s specified warranty duration.

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper assembly
• Improper follow-up maintenance
• Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Labor charges for part replacement or installation
• Broken seal

WARRANTY PROCESSING TIME

As warranty claim is subjected to the manufacturer’s approval. Reply from them varies from days to weeks for verification of claim. We are committed to expedite the process.

We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for items:
(1) without proof of purchase
(2) damaged due to the exclusions stated on this page
(3) Incorrect serial numbers.
We reserve the right to address the matter by repairing and restoring the item; giving you a full refund; or giving you a partial refund if the item does not contain all its original packaging and accessories, if any.
